Delivery & Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached. Cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Return Process To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service team at Clothing@didyfits.com. with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship your item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

To process any approved refund, we require the customer’s original order number and the necessary bank account details for the transfer. Please email this information to didyfitsstreetwear@gmail.com

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
